Les amandes fra\u00eeches, l&rsquo;eau et la culture de yogourt.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" title=\"20140827_112640.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.marcbarriere.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/wpid-20140827_112640.jpg\" alt=\"image\" width=\"307\" height=\"511\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Faire bouillir une tasse et demie d&rsquo;amandes crues non r\u00f4ties durant 10 minutes<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9couter et rincer<\/li>\n<li>Mettre au m\u00e9langeur<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter un litre d&rsquo;eau de source.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le contenu de sachet de culture de yogourt (ou utiliser une demie tasse\u00a0 du yogourt de la veille si on veut qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y reste aucune trace de produits laitier).<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer quatre minutes au Vitamix ou 20 minutes au m\u00e9langeur Oster. La texture du Vitamix sera plus cr\u00e9meuse.<\/li>\n<li>Transvider dans le pot de la yaourti\u00e8re ( j&rsquo;utilise une tr\u00e8s vieille Yogourmet).<\/li>\n<li>Laisser incuber six ou huit heures \u00e0 42 C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il est facile de faire son yogourt au lait d&rsquo;amandes.
