Mesurer et ajouter l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans le m\u00e9langeur.<br \/>\nAjouter le m\u00e9lange de lait de soja, le l\u00e9cithine de soja et la gomme de xanthane au robot culinaire. M\u00e9langer pendant 3 minutes (1 minute au Vitamix \u00e0 tr\u00e8s haute vitesse) , puis racler les parois avec une spatule. M\u00e9langer pendant 3 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires (1 minute au Vitamix). Ce temps de traitement tr\u00e8s long est de permettre au sel de se dissoudre compl\u00e8tement.<br \/>\nVerser le m\u00e9lange dans un pot et le placer dans le cong\u00e9lateur pour qu&rsquo;il se solidifie rapidement le couvercle enlev\u00e9. Le succ\u00e8s de cette recette repose sur la capacit\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange \u00e0 se solidifier aussi rapidement que possible apr\u00e8s qu&rsquo;il soit m\u00e9lang\u00e9. La margarine est pr\u00eate apr\u00e8s en une heure environ. Conservez-la dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 1 mois ou dans le cong\u00e9lateur jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1 an.
